Thank you for registering with the Hawaiian Airlines Wedding Wings program! Our apologies for the delay in processing your registration. Our Wedding Wings site has been upgraded and we hope you and your guests like the new features available.
Our Wedding Wings discount offers a 5% off of our lowest available roundtrip transpacific web fares at time of applicable booking period. Discount does not apply to Interisland-only, International or codeshare fares and is not combineable with any other discount or offer. Please advise your guests that we cannot retroactively apply the Wedding Wings discount to tickets that have already been purchased. Your Wedding Wings discount can be offered to your guests still needing airline reservations. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy once tickets have been issued. Please note that lower fares may be available via other channels.
We have your wedding date registered as 7/3/2010 on the island of Big Island - Hilo. The Wedding Wings discount is valid for travel between 6/26/2010 - 7/17/2010. To book your reservations please visit our Wedding Wings website on/after 4/7/2010 at https://apps.hawaiianair.com/weddings/wedlogin.aspx.
Your star file # is WED426. This star file # along with your last names will be needed to log in to your site and should be referenced whenever communicating with Hawaiian Airlines about your registration.
You can expect to receive your Wedding Wings packet in the mail in roughly a week at the address you provided upon registration. It will contain:
- A thank you letter
- Hawaiian Airlines announcement cards
- Avis rent-a-car information and announcement cards
Upon receipt, please review the above carefully before informing your guests of the discount.
When you have 40 or more purchased Wedding Wings reservations (mileage tickets are not eligible), you (as a couple) will be awarded a complimentary one-way first class upgrade. You must keep track of your guests reservations. Please complete and submit the attached Upgrade Request Form with the information requested at least 2 weeks prior to leaving on your trip so that we may verify your eligibility and process your award. Only requests made using the form will be accepted and forms must be complete. Should you qualify for the award, we will require that your tickets be purchased, as mileage award tickets are not upgradeable.
